When something is wrong
Travel information changes. Transport services, prices, access rules, opening arrangements and local businesses can all change after publication. If we find a material error, the priority is to correct the page rather than leave outdated information online.
What we correct
- Incorrect factual statements.
- Outdated practical information that could materially affect a trip.
- Broken or misleading links.
- Incorrect place names, route details or geographic relationships.
- Images or captions that identify a place incorrectly.
How to report an error
Please send the URL of the page, the detail you believe is incorrect, and — when possible — a reliable source or explanation that helps us verify the change.
Use the subject line “Correction” and include the page URL.
What happens after a correction
We review the reported detail and update the page when the evidence supports a change. Small typographical edits may not be documented publicly. Material corrections that alter the meaning of a guide may be reflected in the page’s review date or editorial note.
